When multiple tabs are open, any flash based animation, bleeds through to other
pages on other open tabs.

Example:

Open up random web site in a tab (tab #1)
Open up a YouTube video in a different tab (tab #2)
While YouTube video is playing switch back to tab #1 and video itself appears
on top of whatever web page was in this tab.

This applies to any flash based graphic, even an animated logo.
