found these two inconsistent interfaces while developing a grammar to parse 
.idls.

WebCore/svg/SVGSVGElement.idl: "setter raises" used on a method instead of
"raises"
WebCore/css/WebKitCSSTransformValue.idl: HasIndexGetter extended attribute is
missing a comma
