I cannot reproduce this on Wikipedia either.   This dialog is something that is
displayed by Safari rather than WebKit, so if there's a problem here it is
almost certainly due to something that Safari is doing.  You should file a bug
report at <http://bugreport.apple.com/> including steps to reproduce the
problem.  It would also be useful to include a copy of Safari's preferences
(~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist) in case one of the settings
there is required to reproduce the problem.

Since this issue is very likely to be outside of WebKit, this bug will be
closed as INVALID to indicate that it is a non-WebKit problem.
