This report is very confusing. I've tried opening some of the URLs you have
provided above, but the behavior is the same as in Firefox - an error page is
endlessly reloaded. For the URL from comment 6, both Safari and Firefox opened
the page successfully without any redirects.

Could you please provide step by step instructions to reproduce this bug? What
actions should one perform to reproduce it, and what expected/actual behavior
is?
