I Steps:
Go to http://www.hixie.ch/tests/adhoc/css/overflow/002.html

II Issue:
Stacking order and overflow fails. Correct behavior seen in FF3/Opera, in
webkit the block is red instead of green and label A is missing for first
block; scroll bar also not seen

III Other Browsers:
IE7: partially ok
FF3: ok

IV Nightly tested: 37819
