I don't think this is the right approach- but I'm not sure the nodeatpoint
approach is right either.  The tricky thing is that the option elements don't
have renderers, so real hit testing will never happen.  Maybe you can implement
htmlselectelement::nodeatpoint and fake the option hittesting
