I don't think this is a bug. The page actually hasn't finished loading, because
it tries to keep loading a resource like the following:

http://c4.excite.com/ecb.js?advid=932&list=echo_false&type=ec&pageId=4845286

Other browsers seem to report similar loading issues on this site. However, it
eventually times out for me and finishes the load. Does this happen for you?
