Clarification: the issue affects multiple web domains, and only when using
WebKit based browsers.

Please, do not be misled by reports such as "…server is temporarily
unavailable…"; http://www.diigo.com/annotated/f65d967b3a141cafb3437728af3f29d6
is exemplary of Diigo service working as expected.

All examples that are problematic to WebKit + Diigo are fine in Firefox +
Diigo.
