I. Steps:

 1. Launch test case
 2. Do a mouse wheel scroll downwards.


 II. Issue:
 ssue:  Notice that the scroll does not happen line by line. It skips some
lines.

 III. Other browsers:

 IE7 : Ok
 FF3 : Ok
 Opera 9.26: OK


 IV. Safari nightly tested: version 3.1.1(525.17)- r33029

 Not working properly on Safari.


 V. Safari screenshot : Available.
