1. Open Browser Application.
2. Load the page http://music.download.com
3. Select anyone music link from "NEW RELEASES" section.
4. Select "play" button from "Playlist" section.

Expected output vs monitored output
Expected result:
R4.A new popup window opens and the music can be  played.

Actually result:
R4. No any popup window opens.

PS. 
I tried the same action in MAC Safari, which the Play button can be clicked and
music starts to play, but when I tried in Windows Safari, it's the same
behavior as I reported above. Play button can't be activated.
