The plug-in explains the load time when moving to test 69 for the first time. I
think Intel users don't have this problem since they don't have this plug-in, I
could be wrong however.

I suggest WebKit disables this plug-in since the SVG support is now about equal
to the adobe SVG plug-in and it isn't used everywhere anymore.
