ReportedBy: drtifti at free.fr
On my Sony laptop (XP SP2, Pentum M "Dothan" single core 1.7GHz), with build
r31363, I CONSTANTLY - every single time - pass this test above 200ms !
avg outlet-time 210 ms
avg time when using battery power : 350ms

I know my laptop is not top-of-the-line by any means but shouldn't this test be
significantely faster ?
Comparatively, My old B&W G3 400MHz with Tiger / r31370 ran the test in 50ms.
