I Steps:
Go to 
the attached reduction

II Issue:
The <td>s are not aligned correctly.

III Conclusion:
All browsers render the same if height="100%" is removed.

IV Other browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok
Opera9.24: not ok

V Nightly tested: 31315
