There is no incompatibility with having more licensing terms for a snippet of
code than for the rest of the tree, as far as licenses are compatible. And
obviously, a code snippet that is licensed under the terms of MPL, GPL *and*
LGPL can be linked to LGPL or BSD licensed code.

(BTW, code contributed to WebKit is usually licensed under LGPL, 3-clause BSD
*or* 2-clause BSD, which is actually quite annoying, because each file has a
different license. Why not have *all* dual-licensed under 3-clause BSD and LGPL
?)
