I can still see the bug when running the latest nightly (as of today) against
3.1. 

Safari can’t open the page
“feed://images.apple.com/main/rss/hotnews/hotnews.rss”. The error was: “unknown
error” (CFURLErrorDomain:303) Please choose Report Bugs to Apple from the Help
menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this
message.
