There's already a bug about the first part of the issue (when a 303 See Other
redirect is received in response to a POST request, the browser should retrieve
the new URI using a GET request).  I don't believe that it covers the specific
bug with malformed POSTs though.  Can you please provide a URL that
demonstrates this issue?
