FireFox 3 redraws less than Safari 3 when scrolling subframes

Try the attached test case with Quartz Debug enabled.

FireFox 2 has our same behavior (of always redrawing the entire scroll area). 
This study was prompted by a colleague of mine mentioning that one of the
Google Web Apps had to switch away from using <div> with overflow: auto due to
performance issues, and use iframes instead.  It seems it must not have been FF
or Safari motivating that switch however.  Regardless, we could improve our
scrolling behavior here.
