I Steps:
Go to 
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms837924.aspx

II Issue:
Notice the overlapping of image: "msdn logo" onto search field at top left
corner.

III Conclusion:
Firefox treats an image with width/height=0 and an empty table as collapsed
elements and webkit doesn't.

IV Other browsers:
IE7: ok
FF2: ok (FF3: not ok)
Opera: not ok

V Nightly tested: 31032
