I Steps:
Go to 
http://www.gmx.net/de

II Issue:
In the center column, click on tabs Musik, Kino, Video, Games, GMX Tour.
Safari directs to new webpages on clicking the tabs while in IE7/FF3 it opens
the tabs in the same webpage.

III Conclusion:
Event handler to external links is not working. Issue is in Safari & IE too.
This is basically Generating a server-side event for having logs for links.

IV Other browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok

V Nightly tested: 31032

Note:Live website works fine in IE7 and FF3 but attached reduction works fine
for FF3 only.
