We match Firefox and IE on this test. Also, HTML5 doesn't have such a
restriction: "A valid browsing context name is any string that does not start
with a U+005F LOW LINE character, or, a string that case-insensitively matches
one of: _self, _parent, or _top. (Names starting with an underscore are
reserved for special keywords.)"
