I Steps:

II Issue:
Notice the "Shortcuts" box column. The list item bullets should be outside the
box.

III Conclusion: The property 'list-style-position: outside' in the <li> tag is
ignored by webkit.

FF2: ok
Opera: ok
IE 7: not ok
