I Steps:
Go to
the attached reduced test case
II Issue:
The 2 tables are overlapping each other.
III Conclusion: width="107%" for the inner table in the first column is causing
the issue.7% creates an extra width of 13px, which overflows to next cell.
IV Other browsers:
FF2: ok
Opera: not ok
IE 7: ok
V Nightly tested: 30236
