start with one tab open. open a page in a new tab. now open another page in a
third tab. click the (X) on the currently focused third tab. focus is moved to
the second tab but the third tab still exists.

this only happens when three or more tabs are present.

note i am using osx 10.4.9 instead of the latest 10.4.11.
