Steps to reproduce:

1.  Go to any page with a form field in which there is a url (e.g.
http://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17773)

2.  Select URL (in this case in the URL field), and right click

Expected results:

Contextual menu should have options to go to that url, go to it in a new
window, or go to it in a new tab.

Actual results.  Those menu options do not exist.  They do exist if you select
a url on the page that is not in a form field.

Tested in release Safari and r31030 on 10.5.2
