I. Steps:
 -----------

 1. Launch Safari
 2. Go to :  http://dm.99770.com/ComicABC/1/
 3. Look at footer at the bottom


 II. Issue:
 -----------------
 This footer box is not floating correctly on Safari. IE & Opera are displaying
it as intended in the center and at the bottom of the page.


 III. Other browsers:
 -----------------------
 IE7 : Ok
 FF3 : not working
 Opera 9.27: Ok


 IV. Safari nightly tested: version 3.1.1(525.17 )- r34278.

 Not working properly on Safari.
