Shows repost error with hash urls

Unsure this is exactly the same bug - but closest to one I was about to make
new. Follow the instructions in the page to see test case.
1. Submit form with POST method
2. Create at least two hash based history (either with anchors or javascript)
3. Press back and the repost message is erroneously displayed
