Using the r34469 build of WebKit, the View Source menu item disables itself
after using the address bar to download any file. This problem exists in Safari
3.1.1 as well. I reproduced this repeatedly on multiple websites. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any webpage.
2. Paste/type any downloadable URL into the address bar, then download it using
Option-Return.

The result is that the View Source menu item and key command are disabled.
