Bugzilla emails contain "http" links, they should contain "https" links

I'm annoyed every time I paste an http link on the command line and curl
complains that the page has moved.  I'm sure there is some flag I could pass to
curl to have it follow the redirects... but maybe this bothers someone else
too. :)
