In some textareas, if I press the 'down' key to try to navigate to the bottom
of a text area, the cursor will get 'stuck' in a certain spot and won't move
down to the next line even though there are more lines of text below.  I've
observed this behavior on Qt and Gtk ports.  I'll attach a test case.
