Google Docs Documents open in new window (instead of new tab)

When you're viewing "all documents" for your account, click on a document. 
Notice how it opens in a new window.  Do the same in FF, notice how it opens in
a new tab.

This drives me batty when using Safari.  I'm not sure if this is a Safari bug
or a WebKit bug (because WebKit is sending the wrong info up to Safari?), but
I'm filing it here just in case it's WK.
