Oops, that should be:

http://www.webkinz.com/SWF/USER_INTERFACE/ADOPTIONCENTER/login1024.v3_2.swf

Did you happen to bookmark the "Login" page (the window that pops open) rather
than going back to www.webkinz.com and hitting the "Login" link there?

I wonder if you've bookmarked an old login URL that doesn't work anymore.

I *can* reproduce the login hang if I use this URL:

http://www.webkinz.com/SWF/USER_INTERFACE/ADOPTIONCENTER/login1024.v2_6.swf

Use the "newer" URL above works, though.  Could you try this again?

Finally, for good measure, you might try doing one or both of the following:

- Empty the cache using "Empty Cache..." from the Safari menu.

- Clear your cookies using "Reset Safari..." from the Safari menu, but only
checking "Remove all cookies", then clicking Okay.

- Try upgrading to the latest version of Shockwave Flash plug-in on this page:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

Note that I have Shockwave Flash 9.0 r115 installed which works when I use the
newer URL, but it looks like 9.0.124.0 is the latest version available at the
web site.
