Updated patch for DocumentRole.

As Jon suggested, Modified the code for populating the document role correctly.
Changed code to make document object focusable. Also, made changes in
AccessibleDocument to override role() function of AccessibleBase.

Obsoleting the previous patch for DocumentRole.
