1. Load <http://digg.com/>
2. Open the Inspector
3. Switch to the Resources pane
4. Scroll to the bottom
5. Load <http://webkit.org/>

Notice that the panel goes blank except for the timeline header at the top;
scrolling up fixed the problem.
