Have you checked out the Web Inspector's Resources section? It has several of
the things you mention here.

That said, the activity window is a feature of Safari, the browser, not WebKit,
the engine.  After taking a look at the inspector, if you'd still like to see
these things implemented into the activity window, please file a bug with Apple
at <https://bugreport.apple.com/>.  Feature requests for the web inspector can
be individually filed here in Bugzilla.
