Yes, it can be fixed by adding:

$(WebKitLibrariesDir)\include\pthreads

into "Release_Cairo|Win32" and "Debug_Cairo|Win32" include paths in
WebKit\WebCore\WebCore.vcproj\WebCore.vcproj
