Load <http://www.macrumors.com/> and begin to scroll the page.  A flash ad will
suddenly pop up in the upper left corner of the window.  When you reach the
area of the page where it should be placed, it jumps back to the correct
location.

Using nightly r35130 on Vista with Flash 9.0r124.  Cannot reproduce at all on
Leopard or with Safari 526.12.2 on Vista.
