I. Steps:
 -----------

 1. Launch Safari

 2. Launch the attached testcase


 II. Issue:
 -----------------
 Third iframe is missing when the above testcase is launched in Safari



 III. Other browsers:
 -----------------------
 IE7: Shows the third frame, but doesn't show the back ground.
 FF3: Shows the third frame with background.
 Opera 1.27 : not working

 IV. Safari nightly tested: version 3.1.1(525.17 )- r34388.

 Not working properly on Safari.
