The file
WebKit.app/Contents/Frameworks/10.5/WebKit.framework/Versions/A/Resources/Info.plist
has the permissions -rw------- which means than if one user downloads the
nightly, and another user on the same Mac tries to use it, WebKit.app is not
able to load web pages, but keeps in the "loading" stage, incl. the initial
webkit-nightly page.
