Confirmed with 3.1.2 and ToT, the main content never shows up while the page is
making requests to URLs like
"http://rotator.adjuggler.com:80/servlet/ajrotator/356749/0/vj?ajecscp=1214987325390&z=green&dim=300802&pos=2&pv=7489474909380079&nc=89153901"
in an endless loop.
