Right after exiting Flash fullscreen mode the command-W shortcut key is
assigned to the Close Window command, even if there are several tabs open. 
This is incorrect; when there are several tabs open the command-W shortcut
should be assigned to the Close Tab command—as it was before entering
fullscreen mode.

I reproduced this both in Safari 3.1.2 and WebKit SVN r34824.
