I. Steps:
 -----------

 1. Launch Safari.
 2. Go to : http://ent.qq.com
 3. Scroll down to bottom of the web page and look at list box in right
navigation.



 II. Issue:
 -----------------
 In Safari, the list box has some background of dotted line ( repeated in
Y-Axis)




 III. Other browsers:
 -----------------------
 IE7 : ok
 FF3 : ok
 Opera 9.27: not working

 IV. Safari nightly tested: version 3.1.1(525.17 )- r34388.

 Not working properly on Safari.
