The signals related to loading and loading progress need improvement. The
following points should be addressed in this bug:

1. Signal naming is confusing.
2. Providing context about what is loaded, ie WebKitEventLoad.
3. There is no error reporting no failure.
4. "load-done" is missing from WebView for no obvious reason.
