Simple App to demonstrate bug

This is a simple app to demonstrate the bug. Once it launches (under Leopard),
drag a web archive to the window. Look at the console to see what gets printed.
You will see that the webView:willPerformDragDestionationAction:... method is
not called.

You can run the same app under Tiger (you will have to change the build
settings to target 10.4), and you will see that the method is called.
