Issue can be seen in Safari and WebKit nightly.

On other browsers, the log-in process takes under 15 seconds (ie: Camino). In
Safari/WebKit, the browser either "sticks" on the loading screen permanently or
it can take upward of 5 minutes before the log-in will complete.

I have also noted the "long" login process on an iMac G5 running 10.5.1. Though
I have not tested it enough to see if it is as severe.

If the developers need a login ID/Password to access the site, my daughter is
willing to volunteer hers.
