I Steps:

II Issue:
Notice the upper half of flash is not getting displayed; it has shifted to the
top of the page. Only a part of flash is seen.

III Conclusion: In this bug, the flash objects are displayed. The issue is the
positioning of the objects. The issue is caused by the position (set to
relative) and the margin-top (currently set to -295) of the inner <div> which
has the blue border in the testcase.
