II Issue:
Notice the overflow of text(going out of the table) at right side of webpage.

III Conclusion: float:left for <li> is causing inner table overflow.

IV Other browsers: 
FF3: ok
Opera: ok
IE 7: ok

V Nightly tested: 30236
