Is there a theoretical reason why preferring MIME names will be better? For
example, RFC 2616 refers to IANA registry: "The complete set of tokens is
defined by the IANA Character Set registry [19]," but also says that "HTTP uses
the same definition of the term _character set_ as that described for MIME."
