When opening a new tab using Command-Enter from the URL bar, the icon for the
current tab changes to the icon of the newly opened tab.

Reproducable: Always
On: Safari 3 as well as Nightlies

To reproduce:
1. Open a site (eg. http://news.bbc.co.uk )
2. Enter another ( eg. http://www.apple.com ) into the URL bar
3. Press Command-Enter so Apple's site loads in the background

The icon for the BBC News website changes from the BBC Logo to the Apple logo
