10.5.1 on a MacBook Pro Rev 1

Reproduction steps:
1) Go to google.com (any website with a textbox works)
2) Type something in the search box
3) Select all the typed text
4) Replace with a single character (I tested with a backtick)
4) Cmd-Z to Undo
