To be clear. The above mentioned specification states:

"When long tables are printed, the table head and foot information "may be"
repeated on each page that contains table data."

So it "may be" printed. Not "should be" printed. But to be consistent with
other browsers like IE, Firefox that have this feature implemented I agree it
should be implemented.
